Three new titles from Golden Eggs!

Paul McCartney – Freshen Up The O2 (EGG 90/91/92) is a triple disc from The O2 Arena, London, UK on December 16, 2018. This is sourced from an “Exclusive Multi IEM / Audience Matrix Recording” and features Ringo Starr and Ron Wood joining the band for “Get Back”. This also contains bonus tracks recorded during soundcheck at Echo Arena, Liverpool, UK on December 12, 2018 and comes with an 8-page booklet.

Pink Floyd – Spring Festival (EGG 93/94) is a 2CD set from the Syria Mosque Theatre, Pittsburgh, PA on April 20, 1972. This is the first time on CD for this excellent audience recording which also includes a Concert Handbill Replica.

Black Sabbath – San Bernardino 1972 (EGG 95) is a single disc recorded at Swing Auditorium, San Bernardino, CA on March 17th, 1972 during the Master Of Reality world tour and is described as the best audience recording from 1972.

  1. That new Floyd ’72 release sounds great, but unfortunately “Eclipse” at the end of DSotM isn’t listed in/on the track listing. And there’s no “Set the Controls…..”, although that’s not as disappointing as having no “A Saucerful of Secrets”, despite “Saucerful” being played considerably less often in 1971-72 & never at all in ’73 & beyond.
